As others have noted, you could set up your own controller or just buy a Cloud Key that is a small computer with the controller on it. I run 12 sites on old Cloud Key v1 controller...my own local site, plus my clients' remote sites. WebUniFi controlled will only control UI AP’s. If you can set up the HP units on their own with SSID info, then it can work but would be just like any other brand of AP on a UniFi system.
