But that time control does not play nice with Rush Hour. Rush Hour is in need of an update, but the creator sadly doesn't have time. And it doesn't look like someone else has taken over the mod.
WebYeah I fixed it, make sure your day and night setting is on. Same problem. Slider is blue and not responsive. That doesn't fix it. It still doesn't work even with day and night settings on. I've turned day/night cycle on and off and my eyecandy still won't work.
