Ive already realoaded, loaded.. but nothing seems to fix it. I saw people having problems on other areas.. but I dont know if it is the same bug. Please help :/ Im getting really dismotivated by all these bugs....

If you keep your blue quest marker active, you'll know exactly where you have to stand (directly under the rift) in order to activate it. Poor placement by BioWare on that one. If you struggle at level 12, just wait till its a faceroll at 14. That said, there are some of the rifts that have demons that are 1.5 to 2 times the level as my characters when i encountered them.
