I had to change my date of arrival and subsequently extend my stay for a couple of weeks. The manager, Misty, handled the situation like a real pro! WebDesk clerk says we can go to one 10 mins away and they have a room there to fit our needs - it was over 20 mins away and they only had a room that slept 3 (we booked and paid for one that slept 6). Three of my kids slept on the floor. The hotel was filthy with issues everywhere. We couldn't get out fast enough. NEVER again! Kandi H.
