WebPC was seeing it as Other->Android when i was in bootloader, I downloaded USB drivers for v30. When in bootloader i went do device manager, found other->android, right click -> update driver->browse my computer for drivers->Let me pick from available drivers on my PC->have disk->android_winusb file.
