What you should do is: after jumping your car (alarm goes of) make sure all the doors are closed, than put the key in the door lock and lock it once and unlock it twice. I had a totally flat battery, recharged it, the security alarm sounded and wouldn't switch off. I put in a brand new battery, connected positive first, no difference. Have tried key fob buttons, tried locking/unlocking door twice. Tried locking/unlocking from interior.
